Novomineral NEURO has been specially developed to supplement ketogenic, home-prepared rations. It contains only the purest substances and is therefore also ideal for allergic animals.
One approach to feeding dogs with epilepsy is the ketogenic diet. This is an important component and should also be adhered to during further medical treatment.

Note on compatibility and acceptance
- Some dogs react sensitively to food changes or new supplements in the short term. This can manifest itself, for example, in a change in stool consistency or different drinking behavior. In such cases, we recommend increasing the dosage of our product slowly and over several days up to the daily dose.
- The likelihood of intolerance to this product is very low.
The nutrient supply of a ketogenic self-prepared ration (with MCT oil) without supplements shows significant deficiencies in meeting requirements (Fig. 1). These should be compensated for by appropriate supplements (Fig. 2).
