Minimum order value:
Our store is designed for veterinarians, resellers and existing customers. Everyone is welcome to order from us, but the minimum value of goods per order is 100 euros.
Parcel shipping - prices*, service providers and delivery times**:
- Zone 1: Germany / Austria - Visit napfcheck-shop.de or napfcheck-shop.at
- Zone 2: Belgium / Netherlands / Luxembourg - 8,90 Euro / DHL and Post Paket / delivery time approx. 1-3 working days
- Zone 3: Poland / Czech Republic - 8,90 Euro / DHL and Post Paket / delivery time approx. 1-3 working days
- Zone 4: France - 8,90 Euro / DHL and Post Paket / delivery time approx. 2-3 working days
- Zone 5: Denmark - 8,90 Euro / DHL and Post Paket / delivery time approx. 2-3 working days
Switzerland:
- Due to import and customs regulations, we are unable to ship our products to Switzerland.
Other Europe:

*All prices incl. VAT. The goods are shipped directly from our warehouse in Munich, but are taxed using the OSS procedure. An intra-community tax-free delivery using your EU VAT identification numbers is possible.
**We ship from Monday to Friday. DHL, DPD and UPS parcels do not have a guaranteed delivery time according to the terms of the contract.
