Novomineral Amor & Ninchen should be given as a supplement to low-purine rations to prevent urate stones - e.g. in predisposed breeds such as Dalmatians, portosystemic liver shunt or allopurinol administration as part of leishmaniasis therapy - and is also suitable for rations that are gentle on the kidneys. We have added plenty of B vitamins and especially biotin, vitamin E and zinc to support skin and coat health. In addition to minerals, whey powder and carrot meal are also included. Amor & Ninchen also has a convincing taste.

What's the story behind the name?
At the special request of a very committed dog owner from Leishmaniose SR Hilfe, we have jointly developed a special mineral food for low-purine rations. Amor & Ninchen are the two fur noses that prompted the pet owner in question to devote herself to the subject of leishmaniasis. So it was more than obvious to name this special supplement after the two who got the ball rolling in the first place (even if they probably don't realize it).
Our aim is to develop demand-oriented supplements that also meet other quality criteria such as compatibility and acceptance.

Contraindications
- Not with exclusive use of complete feed (e.g. dry food)
- Not recommended for feeding puppies
Note on compatibility and acceptance
- Some dogs react sensitively to food changes or new supplements in the short term. This can manifest itself, for example, in a change in stool consistency or different drinking behavior. In such cases, we recommend increasing the dosage of our product slowly and over several days up to the daily dose.
- The likelihood of intolerance to this product is low.
The nutrient supply of a kidney-friendly ration without supplements shows significant deficiencies in the coverage of requirements (Fig. 1). These should be compensated for by appropriate supplements (Fig. 2).

Mineral feed for dogs - Measuring jug included
Simply mix Novomineral Amor & Ninchen into the daily food, evenly distributed over the individual meals.
You are welcome to freeze the mineral powder with prepared portions, but you should avoid reheating it (afterwards), as heating destroys the vitamins.
Daily feeding recommendation for adult dogs according to body weight:
- 5 - 10 kg: 2 - 4 g= ½ - 1 ML
- 15 - 20 kg: 5 - 6 g= 1 ¼ - 1 ½ ML
- 25 - 30 kg: 7 - 8 g= 1 ¾ - 2 ML
- 35 - 40 kg: 9 - 10 g= 2 ¼ - 2 ½ ML
- 50 - 60 kg: 12 - 14 g= 3 - 3 ½ ML
One measuring spoon (ML) contains 4 g.
